Delivery Information

We offer a range of different delivery options to suit your needs. Standard delivery is free for all orders over £50 (excluding Vat).

UK Standard delivery

  • Your order will be processed as normal and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
  • Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges. Please email us for a quote before placing your order.
  • Your order will be delivered by courier. Please note that courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

UK Next day delivery

UK Next Day Delivery is only available on items in stock at the time of purchase.

Orders received before 3pm are dispatched for delivery the next working day.

Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day for delivery the next working day.

Delivery times and prices may be extended depending on your address.

All parcels shipped by UK Next Day Delivery will have to be signed for once delivered.

Bank Holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery time.

While we guarantee next day dispatch Able to Enable are not responsible if the courier service fail to deliver on time. However, every effort will be made to ensure your product arrives as per your request.

UK Specific day & Saturday delivery

UK specific day delivery is only available on items in stock at the time of purchase.

Orders received will be dispatched for delivery on your chosen day.

All parcels shipped for UK specific day delivery will have to be signed for once delivered.

Engineered Delivery

If you suffer from limited mobility, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience, then you might want to opt for an Engineered Delivery service. Your item(s) will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
We offer the Engineered Delivery service to our customers to allow for the safe assembly of larger mobility products, ensuring you get the most from your purchase.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date & time to suit you. On the day of your choice, the engineer will arrive and assemble your product and ensure it's in full working order. They will then provide you with a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product.
The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and will even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave. It really is as simple as that.
We include free of charge engineered delivery on some products, this will be listed on the relevant product page, if it is not included with the item you wish to order but you would like your item(s) delivered by an engineer you can choose to add this option at checkout. Please note our engineered deliveries are sometimes carried out by a third party.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally we run out of certain products. We try to keep our website as up to date as possible however, if you place an order for an item that is out of stock, discontinued or unavailable we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss an alternative. If you do not wish to accept an alternative we can either place the item(s) on backorder for you or you will be offered a full refund.

Damage On Delivery

IMPORTANT - Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note 'Damaged On Arrival'. Please check the packaging for damage before you sign for the delivery. You MUST inform Able to Enable as soon as possible within 24 hours of delivery/receipt of the goods that damage has occurred. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for any inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment ‘Damaged On Arrival’ Able to Enable cannot be held responsible for damages. Customers may be requested to supply photos of the damage sustained in delivery in order for us to make a claim with the courier.

If any goods arrive damaged please follow the instructions on the dispatch conformation email and we will normally arrange collection of the item(s) for you at our own cost.
